What happens if I pay for accommodation and fail to be offered a place at NUIM?2020-07-02T11:49:55+00:00

In the case where an incoming First-Year student fails to be offered a 1st round place at NUIM, €100 will be deducted and the balance refunded if the cancellation policy is followed. You must cancel your reservation within 3 days of the first round CAO offers – IN WRITING.

No, you must take out your own cover for your possessions. We recommend having the family household policy extended to cover the personal effects away from home.

No, the room details will be issued to you on arrival.

The easiest way is to download an application form from this website & send it to us by post or email the completed form to info@studentaccommodationmaynooth.ie Only when the payment is receipted by Student Accommodation Maynooth are you guaranteed a place. A deposit of €500 along with 2 passport size photos are also required.

No, you must pay for your accommodation directly.

How can I pay my deposit?2020-07-02T11:20:04+00:00

Your deposit & moiety payment can be made by cheque, bank draft or Bank Transfer

When making the transfer there are two things to keep in mind:

  1. Make sure you add the electronic transfer charges to your fee.
  2. When making an electronic transfer please use your surname as reference.

Payment of €500.00 damage deposit is required to validate your application. Your place will be confirmed on receipt of a complete application (subject to availability).

No, to book a room the application form must be completed and signed. It must be forwarded to Student Accommodation Maynooth by email or post along with 2 passport size photos and payment of €500 deposit.

No refunds of rental will be made in the case of early departure.

No, there is no curfew. Residents may come and go as they please. All non-residents must leave Student Accommodation Maynooth by 10.30 PM.

Bed Linen, waste – paper baskets for the bedroom. All cooking and dining utensils: pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. SAM does not provide any cooking utensils.

No, not inside the accommodation block, however there is a smoking area outside the front of each each apartment building which can be used by smokers.

Can I park my car in Student Accommodation Maynooth?2020-07-02T11:15:32+00:00

Yes, subject to availability, cars are parked at own risk. Management do not accept any responsibility for cars parked at Student Accommodation Maynooth. Spaces are on a first come first serve basis and you must park your car at a location indicated by any member of staff or security personnel if and when requested to do so.
